Squigglefly Challenge #30

Good morning all! This is our last challenge for the year. We are taking December off in order to spend time getting things ready for Christmas and spending time with family and friends. We will be back in the new year with lots of fun challenges and a new group of designers!

This challenge comes to us from Rhonda. She has challenges the design team to make a Christmas card and include at least one candy cane. Well what a Time I hade finding a candy cane to use on my card!!!!! Who would have thought a candy cane embellishment would be hard to find at this time of year!!!!!! After allot of looking I finally found some in the foam craft section of Michaels!!!

Freebie From Inger

Here is another freebie from Inger. This little girl is so sweet! You have to go to her site……it is beautiful!!  She is so talented!

For this card I combined the digital image with the evergreen tree from the SU stamp set “Lovely as a Tree”  I really like how it turned out.

Shy Bear Noel

Hi Everyone…..I just can’t seem to get enough of the Shy bears!  Here is another one called “Shy Bear Caroling Bear”  Is he not the cutest??

• Dew drops, ribbon( I heated this with my heat gun to melt it a bit), stickles, Prisma markers, CB embossing folder, Spellbinder dies. dimenionals.

Shy Bear Snowflake

Hi everyone!  Here is another new image from Squigglefly. This image is called Shy Bears Swinging on a Snowflake.

A Boy & His Dog

Hi Everyone! I got the idea to do a scene when I got this new image called “Staying Warm”. It will be released on Saturday. I teamed it up with this cute dog called “Forgiven” I think they were meant to be together.

Another Squigglefly Sneak Peak

Good morning!

Here is another new image that will be released this Saturday Over at Squigglefly.

I wanted to make this a simple card that could be massed produced easily. I am very happy with how it turned out!

Distressed Christmas

Hello everyone!  I had to work today so am just getting this card posted.

I decided to make this a shabby looking card Christmas card after I found a bunch of strips that I cut last year at this time.  I glued them together on card stock and then used the top note die to cut out the background.  This is a good way to get rid of small scraps of paper!

What I used to make my card-

Gifts for my Brother

Yesterday my brother called to ask me to make something for the 2 girls who are his Physio Therapists.  They have been working with him for several months now getting his leg and ankle he broke back in April working again.  It has been a long and painful road for him and they have been a big support.

I put together some all occasion cards and made these gift bags and Thank you note cards for him.

What I used-

Hello everyone!  Had a busy day today…….got new dish installed for the TV.  Then drove an hour north for my Dentist appointment.  Then came home made supper and a card…….in that order!

Good morning. It is our 26th challenge.....can you believe that!! Seems like yesterday that we started doing these challenges. This weeks challenge comes from Rhonda. She has challenges the team to make a card using blue, silver or grey and use any kind of hanging embellishment.
